One company. Three phases. Same designer at consult, same crew at install, same office calling to schedule the next mow. That’s how a yard you spent fifty thousand dollars on still looks like new five years later.

Design — on paper before a shovel goes in the ground
Free 90-minute consult on site. We listen, measure, photograph, then draft a scaled landscape plan with 3D renderings of the major hardscape. You see the patio before we pour the base.

Build — ICPI-certified, owner-supervised, one crew
Same five-person crew on every project, led by Marcus. Engineered base for every paver. No sub-contractors except licensed electrical and plumbing. Daily site cleanup, project manager on speed dial.

Maintain — the same people who built it keep it
Optional monthly plans starting at $120/mo. Whoever maintains your yard is the same person who designed the beds. Plant warranty extends through the first full year on a Greenline plan.

What Atlanta homeowners ask first.
Do you do small jobs or only full design-builds?
Both. We do $1,500 plant refreshes and $80,000 outdoor living installs and everything between. The free design consult is the same regardless of project size — we’d rather build a long relationship than push you into something bigger than you need.
What does a paver patio actually cost?
Atlanta-metro paver patios from us run $22–$38 per square foot installed, depending on the paver line (Belgard, Techo-Bloc), the base depth, and whether there are walls, steps, or drainage work. A standard 400 sqft backyard patio with a seat wall and fire-pit pad is typically $14,000–$18,000.
Is the design consult really free?
Yes. Ninety-minute on-site visit with Marcus (the lead designer), a walk of the property, measurements, and a written design brief delivered within a week. No deposit, no obligation. About 60% of consults convert to projects, the other 40% we’ve still spent a great morning meeting Atlanta homeowners.
How long is your project lead time?
Hardscape installs typically book 4–8 weeks out depending on the season (longer March–May). Lawn-care plans can start within 7 days. Storm cleanup is same-week for existing maintenance clients. We give you the calendar at signing and we hit it.
Do you warranty plants and hardscape?
All plant material is warrantied for one full growing season — if it dies and you’re on a maintenance plan with us, we replace it free. Hardscape carries our 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer’s structural warranty (Belgard is lifetime on the pavers themselves).
What part of metro Atlanta do you serve?
Atlanta proper, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Decatur, Brookhaven, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, Smyrna, Vinings, and East Cobb. Anywhere inside I-285 plus the northern OTP suburbs. If you’re further out, ask — we’ll let you know honestly whether we’re a fit.
Do you handle drainage and grading issues?
Yes — and we have to address them on most hardscape projects before we build anything else. French drains, dry creek beds, regrading for positive flow, downspout extensions. Bad drainage will destroy a beautiful yard within two years, so it’s the first conversation we have.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. $2M general liability, workers’ comp on every crew member, GA landscape contractor registration, and individual ICPI/Belgard certifications for the install crew. Certificate of insurance available on request before any work starts.
