Practice areas

Six case types. One deliberate caseload.

We don't try to be everything. The firm caps caseload around six personal-injury categories so two senior trial attorneys can stay on every file from intake to verdict.

Practice areas

Six case types. One deliberate caseload.

A boutique trial firm by choice. We cap caseload so a founding partner stays on every file from intake through resolution — not a screener, not a junior associate the insurance carrier has never heard of.

Our process

We handle the insurance company. You focus on healing.

Every new case is reviewed by a founding partner within 24 hours. From the first call to the final check, the same senior attorney stays on your file — no transfers, no case managers, no hand-offs to a junior associate the carrier has never heard of.

Frequently asked

What clients ask about practice areas.

How do I know which practice area my case falls under?
You don't have to. The intake call with a partner sorts that. We've turned away cases that weren't right for us and referred them to firms that were — without a referral fee. Send what you have and we'll tell you.
Can you handle a case outside the six practice areas listed?
Sometimes. Aviation, maritime, product liability, and class actions are not core for us — but we know the South Florida trial bar and can route you in 24 hours.
Do you take Workers' Compensation cases without a third-party claim?
Yes — but only when it's a complex permanent-impairment dispute or carrier denial. Florida WC has a fee-cap structure that doesn't make sense for routine claims; we'll route those.
What if I already signed with another firm and want to switch?
It's allowed. The new firm absorbs the prior firm's lien from the recovery — clients almost never pay more by switching. We'll review the situation in the free call.
