About the studio
Dr. Lillian Park founded Lumen with one rule: never inject anything that doesn't make you look like a rested version of yourself. Eight years, three injectors, and twelve-thousand treatments later, the rule is intact.
Dr. Lillian Park trained as a dermatologist at Cedars-Sinai and spent six years inside two of LA’s largest cosmetic groups before opening Lumen in 2017. She left a partnership-track role because she could not, in good conscience, keep upselling treatments that her instinct said weren’t needed yet. The studio is the office she could not find as a patient.
Lumen opened on Sunset with three treatment suites, one injector, and a printed menu with every price visible. The menu has grown. The pricing model has not. We post every number for the same reason a good restaurant does: hiding pricing is the first sign you’re about to be talked into something.
Eight years in, Lumen has performed more than 12,000 treatments, holds a 4.9-star rating across 480 verified reviews, and is one of fewer than fifty Allergan Black Diamond practitioners in California — the highest of Allergan’s clinical tiers. We are still small on purpose: three lead injectors, five suites, never more than two clients on the floor at once.
We don’t accept insurance. We don’t charge consultation fees. We don’t sell “courses.” What you see on the menu is what you’ll see on your receipt. The consult is complimentary. Welcome.

The commitments every Lumen client gets, every visit, regardless of treatment or membership tier.
We will tell you when a treatment is not worth doing right now. Most consultations end with us recommending less, not more.
Every price is on the public menu. You will pay what you saw. No consultation fee, no facility fee, no surprise add-ons.
Lumen is intentionally small. The person treating you today is the person who knows your face next year and the year after.
Your practitioner texts you personally the next morning, day three, and day seven. Not a call center. Not a chatbot.
Every before/after on this site is a Lumen client who signed a written release. Initials only. We do not sell or license patient photos.
Closed-door consultations, no waiting room overflow, soft music. The studio is built like a salon you'd actually want to spend an afternoon in.
