Depreciation recovery
Final invoice + photos submitted so your carrier releases the held depreciation. Most checks land within 30 days of completion.
A note on insurance and roofing in Tennessee
Tennessee law (TCA § 56-7-110) restricts roofers from waiving deductibles or claiming to. Ironclad will never offer that — if a contractor does, walk away. We can only make the claim process easier, not free.
