What Middle TN homeowners ask first.
Will my homeowner's insurance cover storm damage?
Almost always — if the damage is from a single storm event (hail, wind, falling debris), it's covered. We file the claim, document the damage, meet your adjuster on site, and negotiate to full scope. You pay your deductible. We've never had a denied claim we couldn't appeal.
What does 'lifetime workmanship warranty' actually mean?
If anything we install fails because of how we installed it — flashing leaks, nail pops, ridge vent issues, anything craft-related — we fix it free, for as long as you own the home. It transfers once to the next homeowner. Separate from (and on top of) the manufacturer's shingle warranty.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Through our financing partner we offer 0% APR for 18 months, or fixed-rate plans up to 10 years. Soft credit pull (no impact to your score) to check eligibility. We talk through both insurance-paid and self-paid options on every estimate.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family Middle TN homes are one day for tear-off and install. Larger or steeper homes take two days. We protect landscaping with tarps, do a magnetic sweep for nails twice a day, and leave the driveway and yard cleaner than we found them.
What shingles do you install?
Our standard install is GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles (50-year limited manufacturer warranty). We also install Owens Corning Duration and CertainTeed Landmark on request. Metal, cedar shake, and tile are available for custom homes.
When is Middle TN's storm season?
Severe storms peak March–May (hail and tornadoes) and November (straight-line winds), but we see storm damage year-round. If a storm rolls through your neighborhood and you see shingles in the yard — call us. Tarp-and-document is always free for hail-belt homeowners.
Do you do gutters at the same time as the roof?
Yes — and we recommend it. New 5" or 6" seamless aluminum, color-matched on the truck, with optional leaf-guard. Installed the day after the roof finishes. Bundling saves about $400 vs. doing them separately.
What does 'GAF Master Elite' mean and why does it matter?
Master Elite is GAF's top installer certification — only ~3% of US roofing contractors hold it. It requires factory training, financial stability, insurance verification, and a clean BBB record reviewed annually. It also unlocks the strongest manufacturer warranties (Golden Pledge / Silver Pledge) that non-Elite installers can't offer.
