Four ways to practice

From drop-in to a weekend on the water. Choose your depth.

Harbor is built around four tiers of commitment — so you can begin with a single class and grow into the depth of practice that fits your season. No pressure, ever, to climb the ladder before you’re ready.

Your practitioners

Twelve specialists. One unhurried room.

Every face at the front of the room is on staff — we don’t bring in subs. Most of our practitioners have been here since the studio opened. You’ll know your teachers by their first names.

★★★★★
Harbor is the only place I let myself be reachable on Slack from. Six months into membership and I think about it the way I used to think about therapy — as the hour that holds the rest of the week up.
★★★★★
I came up for the Coastal Reset weekend last fall and ended up booking the spring one before I left. Catherine and Elena have built something rare — it feels like staying at a friend's beach house, except the friend is also your meditation teacher.

The thing about Harbor is that nobody is selling you anything. I've been a member for four years and I've never had a single upsell at the desk. They trust that the practice will keep me coming back, and they're right.

Frequently asked

The questions members ask before they begin.

What do I get with a membership?
Unlimited classes (yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound bath), one 60-minute spa treatment each month, 20% off retreats and workshops, and one guest pass per month. Memberships are billed monthly and you can pause anytime — no contracts, no auto-renew traps.
How do retreats work? What's the cancellation policy?
Retreats are three nights at our coastal property, all-inclusive: lodging, all classes and treatments, chef-prepared meals, and morning + sunset practice. Deposits ($300) are refundable up to 30 days out; the full balance is refundable up to 14 days out, or transferable to a future retreat anytime.
I'm a drop-in. Should I become a member?
If you're coming more than seven times a month, the math favors membership. If you're coming a few times a month and just want optional structure, drop-in or a 10-class pack ($220) is the right fit. We won't push membership at the desk.
What should I expect at my first class?
Arrive 15 minutes early — leave shoes at the door, sign in at the desk, our team will show you the practice rooms, the showers, and the tea station. Bring water; mats and props are provided. Wear what you'd wear to a yoga class. Tea on us after.
Is there parking?
Free lot behind the building (entrance off Granite Street). Street parking on Main is free after 4 PM and on weekends. We have a bike rack at the front door and an outdoor rinse station for after-beach visits.
What's your cancellation policy for classes?
Cancel up to 4 hours before class for a full credit back to your account. Inside 4 hours, the class deducts but we'll waive it once a quarter — just text the desk. We hold space for waitlists, so the policy keeps the room running.
Do you offer corporate or team programs?
Yes — we host quarterly off-site days for North Shore teams (typically 8–16 people, $2,400 for the day, includes morning practice, two treatments per person, and a chef-prepared lunch). Email hello@harborwellness.example to talk dates.
How do I get on the membership waitlist?
Applications open quarterly (Jan / Apr / Jul / Oct) and we accept roughly 30 new members each round. The form lives at /programs/membership — answer a few short questions and we'll be in touch within a week. Memberships are never paid for; we curate by fit.
