What is AI Visibility Autopilot?
A part of your WorkspaceCMS dashboard that asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews the questions your customers ask, and records what each one answered. It shows whether you were named, linked, which competitors were named, and where you appeared.
Will it get my business recommended by ChatGPT or other AI tools?
No. Results are not guaranteed, and no one can honestly promise them. AI tools decide their own answers. Autopilot measures where you are named and where you are not, and can draft content for your gaps. Whether any AI tool names you after that is up to the AI tool.
What is a tracked question?
A question a customer might ask an AI tool before choosing a business like yours, such as which local business to call for a job. Other tools call these prompts. You choose them, and each scan asks them the same way every time.
Which AI tools does it check?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Every tracked question is asked of all five in each scan.
What does each answer record?
Whether it named your business, whether it linked to or cited your site, which competitors it named, and your position in the answer when you were named.
What is in the report?
An AI Visibility score from 0 to 100 with a grade, a score trend, a you-vs-competitors trend, a trend for each AI tool, a competitor leaderboard, and a list of questions won, lost and still missing since your last scan.
Can I share the report?
Yes. Each month there is a PDF report, and you can share a link to the report.

30 on Premium and Ultra. Add 30 tracked questions for $25/mo.

What does the "Write content for my gaps" switch do?
It is off by default. When you turn it on, AI Blog Writer drafts one post for each tracked question where a competitor was named and you were not. It can run on its own after each monthly scan. Each draft uses 28 AI credits, with a monthly limit you set (4 drafts by default).
Will it publish anything without me?
Never. Every draft waits in your dashboard for your approval. You can edit it, approve it or delete it.
What uses AI credits?
Extra on-demand scans and gap drafts. Reports, charts, the PDF, the readiness checkups and the AI crawler report use no credits.
What are the AI readiness checkups?
A free monthly check of how ready your website is for AI tools to read, saved with a score history so you can see it change.
What is the AI crawler report?
A free report of which AI crawlers, such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot, visited your site and which pages they read. It is available for sites hosted on WorkspaceCMS.
How is this different from the free AI visibility check?
The free check at workspacecms.ai/ai-visibility looks at your website once to see if AI tools can read it. Autopilot asks AI tools your questions every month and tracks the answers over time.
