What do I need to get started?
An Instagram Professional account, either Business or Creator, and a WorkspaceCMS Premium or Ultra plan. Setup takes six short steps, and every step comes with a recommended choice already picked.
Do you see my Instagram password?
No. You give WorkspaceCMS permission to post once, when you connect. We never see your password.
Will anything post without my OK?
Not unless you choose that. By default every post waits in your Review queue, where you see the image and the caption and can approve it, edit the caption, change the date and time, post it now, or remove it. You can switch to posting automatically at the scheduled time whenever you like.
Where do the captions and images come from?
From what is already in your WorkspaceCMS site: your pages, services, blog posts, brand voice, brand colors, your images and your 4 and 5 star Google reviews. It also looks at the competitor list you already track and steers away from what they already say.
Will it keep posting the same thing?
No. Your goal sets the mix of post types, from tips and service highlights to blog posts, customer reviews, questions and behind-the-scenes stories. Each blog post and each review is used once.
