You are the legal owner of the domain, not us. We register it through our registrar partner, Name.com, and after 60 days you can move it to another registrar whenever you like.

Who owns the domain?

You do. It is registered in your name, and you are its legal owner.

¿Cuánto cuesta?

The price for the name you choose is shown before you pay, with its renewal price when we can confirm it. Most names are registered and renew one year at a time. A .ai name is registered and renews two years at a time, the shortest term its registry allows, and its price covers both years. We email you before each renewal.

Which endings can I buy here?

.com, .net, .org, .co, .biz, .info, .ai. Premium names are not sold here.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. You do not need to buy one. Sign up for a website plan or Business Email and connect the domain you own from your dashboard.

What about email at my domain?

Add Business Email in the same checkout, or later from your dashboard. It is billed monthly as its own subscription. For a domain registered here, we add its email settings for you, so there is nothing to copy.

Why do I need to confirm my email address?

Name.com emails the owner to confirm the address. If it is not confirmed within 15 days, the domain stops working until it is.

Can I get a refund?

Domain registrations can't be refunded once the domain is registered. If we can't register it, we refund your payment in full.

Can I transfer it out?

Yes. A new domain can move to another registrar 60 days after it is registered. After that, you can move it whenever you like from your dashboard.
