Every WorkspaceCMS store plan connects GA4 and Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, Klaviyo or Mailchimp sign-up forms and pop-ups, contact and lead forms, and a chat widget or the WorkspaceCMS AI chat. Growth adds up to 3 more standard integrations and the Developer API, and Scale up to 5. Checkout, payments, subscriptions, marketplaces, order emails and ERP or CRM syncs stay in the merchant's Shopify or BigCommerce store. Custom APIs and middleware are quoted separately.

Inventory, shipping rates, taxes, checkout, payments, customer accounts, subscriptions, marketplaces, order emails and ERP or CRM syncs. They keep working because the storefront does not replace your store.
What is quoted separately?
Read-only API feeds, sending form leads into a CRM, showing ERP data on the storefront, product configurators, fitment finders and custom APIs or middleware. Each is scoped with you and quoted in writing.
What is a standard integration?
A tool that installs with a script or an existing Shopify or BigCommerce app, such as reviews, loyalty or a help desk.
Will purchases show in GA4 and Google Ads?
Yes. Purchase and revenue events come from your store's own Google channel, and we link it to the storefront's tracking so sales show in your reports.
Does Klaviyo keep sending my cart and order emails?
Yes. Those flows run in Klaviyo's store app, which keeps working. We connect the storefront's sign-up forms and pop-ups to your list.
Can I use my own chat tool?
Yes. Intercom, Tidio, Podium, Gorgias and similar tools can be connected on every plan. The WorkspaceCMS AI chat agent is included on Growth and Scale and a $49 a month add-on on Launch.
What is the Developer API?
Programmatic access to your storefront's content on Growth and Scale, for teams that want to connect their own systems.
Will my subscriptions and marketplace listings keep working?
Yes. Recharge, Shopify Subscriptions, Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Google Shopping all keep running from your store.
Can you connect my ERP or CRM?
ERP and CRM syncs for products, customers and orders stay connected to your store as they are today. Showing ERP data on the storefront or sending leads into a CRM is scoped and quoted. Full ERP and CRM integration is part of eCommerce Enterprise.
What if I need more integrations than my plan includes?
Move up a plan, or have the extra integration scoped and quoted in writing.
