Yes. BigCommerce and BigCommerce Enterprise stores can start a plan online. Your catalog, price lists, checkout and payments stay in BigCommerce; we design, build and manage the storefront your shoppers see.

Will my BigCommerce apps still work?

Apps that work in your admin, such as inventory, shipping, accounting and email apps, keep working because they connect to your store. Apps that add something to your storefront, such as reviews or upsells, are connected to the new theme as an integration (Growth and Scale include extra integrations), or we suggest an alternative.

Will a new theme hurt my BigCommerce SEO?

We plan for it before launch: your product, category and page URLs are mapped, redirects are set for any that change, and titles, descriptions and structured data carry over. No one can promise rankings, and we do not.

Can I still edit my BigCommerce store myself?

Yes. You manage products, categories, prices and orders in BigCommerce as you do today, and you can edit headlines, images and collections on the storefront yourself. Anything bigger, send a change request and our team makes it.

Do you run my store?
