Each newsletter uses one email per subscriber, and the count resets on the 1st. AI drafting uses 25 AI credits per newsletter; writing your own is free. Not available on Essentials.

Which plans include newsletters?
Growth, Premium and Ultra. Every one of them can send to up to 250 subscribers (1,000 emails a month) for free, and Ultra includes the Starter plan. Essentials does not include newsletters; upgrade to Growth to start.
What happens when my list grows?
You move to the newsletter plan that fits your subscriber count, from your dashboard. It is billed monthly on its own, and you can switch or cancel any time. You are never charged for going over: sending simply waits until you upgrade or the month resets.
Does AI writing cost extra?
Writing your own newsletter is free. Letting AI write it uses 25 AI credits from your plan's monthly credits, and nothing is charged if the AI is unavailable.
Can I bring the subscribers I already have?
Yes. Import a CSV file or paste the addresses into your Subscribers list, and export the list as a CSV whenever you want.
Why do I need to set up a sending domain?
Email that comes from your own domain is trusted by inboxes and recognized by your readers. We show you exactly which records to add and keep checking them, usually verified within minutes.
What if I have more than 25,000 subscribers?
