Cancel from your dashboard or email hello@workspacecms.ai within the 30 days after your first design is delivered. We refund everything you've paid on your plan, in full, back to the payment method you paid with.
The plain-English fine print
- It covers every plan payment you've made, in full, whatever you paid, monthly or the whole year up front.
- The 30 days run from the day we deliver your first site design. Before that delivery, you can cancel anytime for a full refund. The clock hasn't started yet.
- It works once per customer. (Fair is fair.)
- Add-ons and usage charges beyond the plan fee aren't included.
- If you leave, the free site we built stays ours. You keep your domain and your content.
- After those 30 days, your regular plan applies: 12 months, then month-to-month. Leave in year one after your guarantee window and you just cover the one-time build fee, the exact amount for your plan is stated in our Terms (§3.7).
- The guarantee covers site plans only. Marketing campaign packages and campaign add-ons are separate. They bill on a 6-month term and are non-refundable.

Why ask for a payment at all if the site is free?
Think of a phone plan: the carrier gives you the phone because the plan pays for the service. Same here. The moment you sign up, our team starts designing and building your site, the custom build agencies charge thousands for. Your first payment shows us you mean it, and the guarantee shows you we do too. Thirty days is enough time to get your site live, look it over, and be sure you got what you wanted. If we don’t earn your trust by then, you shouldn’t pay for it.
