The plain-English fine print
- It covers every plan payment you've made, in full, whatever you paid, monthly or the whole year up front.
- The 30 days run from the day we deliver your first site design. Before that delivery, you can cancel anytime for a full refund. The clock hasn't started yet.
- It covers Essentials, Growth, and Premium. Ultra and Enterprise work differently, and the panel below spells out how.
- It works once per customer. (Fair is fair.)
- Add-ons and usage charges beyond the plan fee aren't included.
- If you leave, the free site we built stays ours. You keep your domain and your content.
- After those 30 days, your regular plan applies: 12 months, then month-to-month. Full plan terms are in our Terms of Service.
- The guarantee covers site plans only. Marketing campaign packages and campaign add-ons are separate. They bill on a 6-month term and are non-refundable.

Ultra and Enterprise work differently
On Ultra and Enterprise we don’t refund you when the design isn’t right. We keep working until it is. Both plans include unlimited revision rounds while your design is being agreed, which is a stronger promise than a refund, and it’s the reason those plans don’t carry the 30-day window.
- Change your mind before we deliver your first design and you get every dollar back, with no time limit. That’s the same on every plan we sell.
- After that first design lands, there’s no 30-day refund window on Ultra. Instead we revise, again and again, until you sign off.
- Enterprise is scoped and priced in writing, so after your first design your agreement governs cancellations and fees.
- You can buy Ultra online, and the signup spells this out before you pay, so none of it is a surprise at checkout. Enterprise is scoped with you in writing first. The legal wording is in Terms §3.2b and §3.2c.
Why ask for a payment at all if the site is free?
Think of a phone plan: the carrier gives you the phone because the plan pays for the service. Same here. The moment you sign up, our team starts designing and building your site, the kind of build agencies charge thousands for. Your first payment shows us you mean it, and the guarantee shows you we do too. Thirty days is enough time to get your site live, look it over, and be sure you got what you wanted. If we don’t earn your trust by then, you shouldn’t pay for it.
