Not for you? Say the word
Cancel from your dashboard or email hello@workspacecms.ai within those 30 days. We refund your first payment in full, back to the payment method you paid with.
The plain-English fine print
- It covers your first payment on your first WorkspaceCMS plan in full — whatever you paid, monthly or the whole year up front.
- It works once per customer. (Fair is fair.)
- Add-ons and usage charges beyond the plan fee aren't included.
- If you leave, the free site we built stays ours — you keep your domain and your content.
- After the 30 days, your regular plan applies: 12 months, then month-to-month.
- The guarantee covers site plans only. Marketing campaign packages and campaign add-ons are separate — they bill on a 6-month term and are non-refundable.

Why ask for a payment at all if the site is free?
Think of a phone plan: the carrier gives you the phone because the plan pays for the service. Same here. The moment you sign up, our team starts designing and building your site — the custom build agencies charge thousands for. Your first payment shows us you mean it, and the guarantee shows you we do too. Thirty days is enough time to get your site live, look it over, and be sure you got what you wanted. If we don’t earn your trust by then, you shouldn’t pay for it.
