Open the Add-ons page in your WorkspaceCMS dashboard, choose how many mailboxes you need, and add Business Email to your plan.
Connect your domain
We show you the exact DNS settings to add and check them for you. If your domain already gets email somewhere else, we tell you before anything is switched.
Create your mailboxes
Add an address for each person, like sarah@yourbusiness.com. Sign in on the web or in the mail app you already use.

Do I need a WorkspaceCMS plan?
Yes. Business Email is an add-on to a WorkspaceCMS plan and is billed with it. Once you are a WorkspaceCMS client, you add it yourself from the Add-ons page in your dashboard.
How much does it cost?
$6/mo per mailbox, with 8 GB each. It is billed with your WorkspaceCMS plan. A mailbox you add part-way through a month is charged for the rest of that month. Lowering your number of mailboxes takes effect right away, with no credit for the rest of the month.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, that is the point. Your addresses end in your own domain, like you@yourbusiness.com. You connect the domain in your dashboard, which shows the exact DNS settings to add and checks them for you.
I already have email on my domain. What happens to it?
Before anything is switched, the dashboard checks whether your domain already receives email somewhere else and warns you. Mail follows the DNS settings, so it only starts arriving in your new mailboxes once you change them. If you want your existing messages moved across, talk to us first.
Can I keep my current email provider for my other domains?
Yes. Business Email only handles the domain you connect. Any other domain keeps working with whoever runs its email today.
Can I use it in Outlook or on my phone?
Yes. Read your mail in any web browser, or add it to any mail app that supports IMAP, POP and SMTP, such as Outlook, Apple Mail or the Gmail app. The dashboard shows the exact settings. Calendar and contact syncing to your devices is part of a higher mailbox tier; ask us about it.
What are forwarding addresses?
Extra addresses, like info@ or sales@, that deliver into a mailbox you already have. They are free, so you only pay for the mailboxes people sign in to.
Is there a sending limit?
Each mailbox can send up to 250 messages a day. That is plenty for everyday business email. It is not meant for newsletters or bulk sending; talk to us if you need that.
Do I sign in to my mail from the dashboard?
Not yet. You sign in to webmail in your browser (your dashboard shows the address), or in your mail app, with the mailbox address and its password. The dashboard is where you create mailboxes, reset passwords and manage forwarding addresses.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling needs 30 days' notice. Your mailboxes keep working through the notice and are billed for it. After that they are switched off and later deleted, so download anything you want to keep. The full Business Email terms are on our billing terms page.
Can you move my existing mailboxes for me?
Yes, with help from our team. Moving mail from another provider is not something you do from the dashboard. Get in touch and we will plan it with you.
