A publishing platform built around AI+SEO.
We’re an SEO agency that got tired of fighting CMS platforms. So we built our own — and we use it every day on our properties and our clients’. Blog, pages, redirects, meta, AI assistant, AI-search visibility (Google, ChatGPT, AI Overviews). The SEO and AI-search tools other platforms gate behind upgrades ship on every paid plan.

The three pillars
One platform. Three reasons it's different.
Workspace CMS isn't a builder you wrestle alone, and it isn't a managed service with a lock-in contract. It's an SEO agency's CMS, run with you.
Pillar 01
An SEO-first toolset
Redirects, schema, AI-visibility tracking, site-wide audits — included on every plan, not gated behind a premium tier.

Unlimited CMS management

How it worksPillar 03
Transparent. No lock-in.
Published flat pricing. Cancel anytime. Export your data anytime. The price you sign up at is the price you renew at — no surprise invoices, no contracts you have to fight to leave.

What Restoration Hardware is to furniture, we are to websites.
White-glove. Premium. Built and run for businesses that have better things to do than fight a page-builder. The cheap DIY builders are the IKEA of the category — flat-pack, self-assembled, fine for a college apartment, not what a serious operator runs on. We build it, you sign off, we keep it sharp. The keys are yours. The work is ours.
Why .ai? — the honest answer
AI is in the DNA of the platform. Not in the driver's seat.
Workspace CMS is .ai because AI is built into every backend workflow our team and clients run — from blog frameworks and meta rewrites to weekly visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. The platform was designed AI-first from day one, on a stack that lets us layer more in as the technology advances.
AI in the workflow
The technical SEO + structural tools your strategy team uses on your behalf every week — blog frameworks, meta rewrites, alt-tag sweeps, schema validation, content audits, internal linking. The same toolkit we run on our own #1-ranked properties. You see the output, written and edited by humans.
AI as the visibility lens
Are you showing up in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini? We track it weekly. Our strategy team reads the result and gives you plain-English next steps — not a dashboard you stare at.
AI in the foundation
The CMS itself is built on the latest stack so future AI capabilities slot in without a rebuild. Your site benefits as we ship — without you migrating.
You choose how much we drive. If your budget says white-glove, we run it for you with the same AI toolkit. If you're starting lean, you can self-serve with the same toolkit and graduate when you're ready. Either way: AI-assisted, never AI-autopilot — which is also how we keep you out of the way of Google's AI-content penalty rules.
Talk to a real human this week
Have us audit your site. For free. By a real human.
Send us your site — we’ll audit your SEO baseline and your visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini, then a 15-year operator walks you through what we’d do on a 30-minute call. Live in 2 weeks if you say go. No chatbot, no sales theater, no “sign up” funnel — and once you’re live, we keep the site current every month.

What Goes Into a Human-Led SEO Website?
After 15 years of building and refining websites for agencies and independent businesses, we've learned that the difference between a site that ranks and a site that converts comes down to one thing: genuine human judgment applied at every stage. Workspace CMS was built around that principle from the ground up.
Content That Search Engines Trust Because People Trust It First
Algorithm updates come and go, but the sites that maintain consistent visibility share a common thread — they were written for real readers solving real problems. Our approach starts with understanding what your audience actually searches for, not just what tools suggest they might. That means diving into forums, customer support logs, sales call notes, and competitor comment sections before a single heading gets written.
Technical Foundations That Don't Get in the Way
Clean markup, sensible URL structures, fast load times, and accessible navigation aren't optional extras in our builds — they're baked into every template. A strong technical base means your editorial team spends time creating content, not filing bug reports or waiting on developers to fix crawl errors.
Why Experience Across 15 Years Still Matters in 2024
Trends in SEO have shifted dramatically over the past decade and a half. We've watched keyword stuffing give way to topical authority, thin affiliate pages get replaced by comprehensive resource hubs, and link schemes collapse in favour of earned editorial coverage. Having navigated each of those shifts means we don't chase tactics — we build durable strategies.
What Our Blog Posts Are Designed to Do
Every article published through Workspace CMS is structured to serve a specific purpose in your broader content ecosystem. Before anything goes live, we ask eight core questions about each post:
- Does this address a clearly defined search intent?
- Is there a natural internal linking opportunity to or from an existing page?
- Does the introduction earn the reader's attention within the first two sentences?
- Are headings structured to answer follow-up questions, not just label sections?
- Is every claim supported by a source, an example, or direct experience?
- Does the conclusion direct the reader toward a logical next step?
- Has the post been reviewed by a human editor — not just a grammar checker?
- Will this still be accurate and useful twelve months from now?
If a post can't pass all eight checks, it doesn't publish. That editorial discipline is what separates content that compounds in value over time from content that fills space and fades.
Internal Links as a Strategic Asset
One of the most consistently underused SEO levers is internal linking done with intent. Rather than scattering links wherever anchor text fits, we map the relationship between every page before a site launches — and revisit that map each time new content is added. This ensures link equity flows toward your highest-value pages, and that readers always have a clear path deeper into your site.
A CMS Built for Writers, Not Just Developers
Many content management systems hand enormous power to developers and leave writers fighting with interfaces that were clearly designed by people who don't write for a living. Workspace CMS inverts that dynamic. The editing environment is designed around the workflow of someone producing three to five pieces of content per week — with SEO guidance built into the writing surface itself, not hidden in a separate settings panel.
Ongoing Audits, Not One-Time Launches
A website is not a project with a completion date. Rankings shift, search behaviour evolves, and yesterday's best-performing post can quietly slip off the first page if nobody's watching. Our platform includes scheduled content audits that flag posts losing traction, surface internal linking gaps as new content is added, and highlight pages where a single structural improvement could recover meaningful traffic. The goal is a site that gets stronger the longer you use it.
Boost Your Social Presence with Optimized Share Images
When your website is shared on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or Slack, the image that appears alongside your link is controlled by Open Graph meta tags. Without a properly configured og:image, platforms will either pull a random image from your page or display no image at all — significantly reducing click-through rates and brand credibility.
Why Your Open Graph Image Matters
A well-crafted Open Graph image serves as your first impression across every social share. Research consistently shows that posts with compelling visuals receive dramatically more engagement than those without. For a white-glove SEO agency like Workspace CMS, your share image is an extension of your brand promise — it should communicate expertise, trustworthiness, and clarity at a glance.
What Makes a Strong og:image
- Correct dimensions: 1200×630 pixels is the recommended size, optimised for high-resolution displays and consistent rendering across all major platforms.
- Clear branding: Include your logo, brand colours, and a concise headline that reflects your core value proposition.
- Minimal text: Keep copy short and legible — aim for a single strong statement rather than dense information.
- High contrast: Ensure text and key visuals are easy to read even at thumbnail size.
- File size under 8MB: Ideally keep JPEG images under 1MB for fast loading and reliable rendering.
The Technical Requirements
Once your image is created and uploaded to your server, three meta tags work together to declare it correctly to social crawlers:
og:image— the absolute URL to your image fileog:image:width— declares the pixel width (1200) so platforms render it immediately without fetching the file firstog:image:height— declares the pixel height (630) for the same reason
Providing explicit width and height values prevents layout shifts during link previews and ensures your image is displayed in the correct aspect ratio every time it is shared.
Test Before You Publish
After adding your meta tags, validate them using the Facebook Sharing Debugger or Twitter Card Validator. These tools show exactly how your link will appear when shared and will flag any missing or malformed tags. If your image was recently updated, use the debugger's cache-clearing feature to force platforms to fetch the latest version.
