Find the people already
asking for what you sell.
Every day, people ask Reddit, forums and YouTube for a business like yours. Signal reads those public posts for you, keeps the ones worth your time, and puts them in your WorkspaceCMS dashboard as leads.
“Water heater died this morning and we have a newborn. Anyone have a plumber in Columbus they actually trust?”
Why: Urgent, local, asking for a recommendation
“Buying a 1920s house in Clintonville. Inspector says galvanized pipes. Who re-pipes houses this old?”
Why: Big job, ready to hire, in your service area
“Mine runs every 5 minutes after the rain. Is that normal or do I need someone out here? We're near Worthington.”
Why: Describes a problem you fix, gives a location

Three steps, no searching.
- 1
Tell it who you want
Describe your ideal customer in a sentence. The AI writes the strategy: where to look, what to keep and what to skip.
- 2
Signal scans on your schedule
Pick the days. Each scan reads the latest public posts and keeps only the people your strategy describes.
- 3
Leads land in your dashboard
Each lead shows the post, where it came from and why it fits. Mark it Worked or Not a fit, and the next scan learns from it.
Answer three questions. Get strategies drafted for you.
When you turn on Signal, you answer three quick questions about who you want to reach, where you serve, and which leads to skip. We draft two or three strategies from your answers, and they wait as drafts until you switch one on.
Want another? Describe it in a sentence and the AI writes it. Writing strategies with AI is included and does not use your AI credits.
- Where to look
- r/Columbus, r/HomeImprovement, r/Plumbing
- Keep
- A homeowner describing a leak, a failed water heater or old pipes, near Columbus
- Skip
- DIY questions with no intent to hire, other plumbers advertising, posts outside Ohio
Only the posts worth a reply.
Most posts are not buyers. Signal keeps the ones where someone describes a problem you solve, asks for a recommendation, or is ready to hire, and tells you why each one fits.
Your Worked and Not a fit clicks feed the next scan, so it gets sharper about your business over time.

Signal questions,
answered.
What is a scan?
A scan is one check of one source, such as Reddit, for all of your active strategies. It costs $20, or uses one of your bundle scans. You are charged when a scan completes, whether or not it finds leads that day.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Your first scan is free, once per workspace. Answer the three questions, agree to the Signal terms, and Signal runs one scan on your best draft strategy so you see real leads for your business before you choose how to pay.
Do I have to write strategies myself?
No. When you turn on Signal, you answer three quick questions: who your ideal customer is, where you serve, and which leads are not worth your time. We draft two or three strategies from your answers. They start as drafts, so nothing runs until you switch one on. You can use them, change them, delete them, or describe a new one in a sentence and let the AI write it.
Does writing a strategy with AI use my AI credits?
No. Writing and rewriting strategies with AI is included, up to 20 a month, which is far more than most businesses use. Past that, each one uses AI credits, and Signal tells you before you click.
Can I be surprised by a bill?
No. You set a monthly spending cap, and Signal stops scanning when it is reached. Before you switch on a strategy or save a schedule, Signal shows what it will cost a month, and the Run now button shows the price of that scan.
Does Signal post or message anyone for me?
No. Signal only reads public posts. It never posts, comments, votes or sends messages. You decide who to contact, and how.
How many leads will I get?
It depends on your industry and where your customers talk. Some businesses see several leads a scan, others one or two a week. We do not promise a number of leads or sales, which is why you pay per scan and can start small.
Can I get a refund for a scan?
Scans are non-refundable once they have run, and unused bundle scans do not roll over. If a scan is charged by mistake, such as a duplicate or one that did not finish, tell us and we will credit it. You agree to these terms when you turn on Signal.
Which plans can add Signal?
Signal is an add-on for Growth, Premium and Ultra. It is charged on the same monthly invoice as your plan, to the card already on file.
