We design and build your website from scratch at no cost as part of your 12-month plan. No setup fee, no campaign required. You launch with a complete site: Essentials is a 6-page website (3 pages designed around your business), Growth is 10 pages (7 designed), Premium is 15 pages (12 designed). Every plan adds the same three pages styled to match your site: Blog, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Blog posts are unlimited and never count as pages.

The words on the page are included too. At launch we write the copy for you, drafted by AI from what you send us in your questionnaire and tuned to your industry, so you’re not starting from a blank page or hiring a copywriter. Have specific copy you want used instead? Send it with your questionnaire and we build with that. After launch you can ask us to replace the copy on any page with your own, as a normal update ticket at your plan’s turnaround. Ongoing content written for you month after month is a growth Campaign add-on.

No logo? We make one for you. Our designers create a mark that suits the site and launch with it. Logos don’t go through a revision round, we use our best judgment so your launch isn’t held up waiting on approvals. Already have a logo, or have one made later? Send it before launch or any time after and we swap it in as a normal update ticket.

Not included in the free build: third-party integrations (CRMs, other booking systems, custom APIs; connecting your Google Calendar or your own Calendly account is built in and included on Growth and Premium), site migrations from another platform, additional custom designs beyond your plan’s included pages, and advanced customizations outside our standard semi-custom scope, these are scoped and quoted separately. Your first draft lands a few days after you finish the questionnaire. From there, launch timing depends on how quickly you review and send revisions. Most sites go live within a few business days. Integrations, custom design, or delays in assets/approvals can extend it. Ultra and Enterprise are not sold on speed. They are pixel-perfect, custom builds with unlimited revision rounds while the design is agreed, so the timeline depends on the integrations involved and on your team as much as ours: how much detail you want, how quickly you review, and how many rounds it takes to get it right. That makes them a different kind of build from our semi-custom plans. We agree a target with you on the scoping call rather than publishing one.

Yes. We rebuild existing sites on WorkspaceCMS at the same plan pricing as a new build, same monthly rate, free build credit covers it. By default we design it the same way we design every new site, using conversion-focused patterns that perform well in your industry, built on our semi-custom process. Prefer to keep it similar to your current site instead (not an exact copy)? Just say so in your questionnaire and we’ll build it that way. You don’t have to hand us your content: we pull the images and copy off your current site ourselves, everything that’s publicly live and reachable, so nothing has to be rewritten or re-uploaded to get started. Anything behind a login or offline we’ll ask you for. After launch you can send changes or hand us more content any time, at the turnaround your plan includes. It’s your chance to get everything that ships with WorkspaceCMS: hosting, SEO, AI tools, and our team making your updates for you. Customizations, third-party integrations, and data migrations from your old platform are scoped and quoted separately via your guided dashboard setup, confirmed in writing before any work begins. Essentials, Growth, and Premium start with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Your 30 days start the day we deliver the first version of your site, so you always have time to see it in action. Ultra and Enterprise instead include unlimited revision rounds while your design is being agreed, so on those plans we keep revising rather than refunding; cancel before we deliver your first design and you get every dollar back on any plan, with no time limit. Not the right fit? Tell us inside that window and you get your money back. After that, your plan is a 12-month commitment, that’s what makes the free site build possible. Then you’re month-to-month. If you cancel during the first 12 months, a one-time build fee applies, since we built your site for free up front. The exact amount for your plan is stated in our Terms §3.7. You can always download your content; a live, managed site runs while your plan is active. After the guarantee window, payments are non-refundable and we don’t pro-rate partial months.

Always Fresh is included on our semi-custom plans (Essentials, Growth, Premium and Ultra): a free site redesign 24 months after your site goes live, with a new look at the same page count and the same rate. Give us 30 days’ notice to reserve your slot. Redeeming starts a new 12-month term. Enterprise works differently: design is custom, agreed in Figma before anything is built, so refreshes are scoped and scheduled with your project manager as part of your agreement rather than on a fixed cycle.
