What are AI credits?
The unit AI agents spend as they work, such as drafting an article or answering a shopper. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and every agent shows its cost before you switch it on.
What happens if I use up my AI credits?
Extra credits are billed per credit, with a monthly cap you choose, so there are no surprise bills. You can also move up a plan for a larger allowance.
Does anything publish without my approval?
No. Blog Autopilot, Social Automation and Newsletters draft for you to approve. You can set some agents to send on schedule if you prefer.
What does the AI chat agent do on a store?
It answers shoppers' questions on your storefront around the clock, using your own site content, collects contact details and hands off to your team when needed.
Is the AI chat agent on Launch?
As a $49 a month add-on. It is included on Growth and Scale, with replies using your AI credits.
What does Social Automation post?
Instagram posts and Reels made from your products, reviews and brand. It is included on Growth and Scale and a $49 a month add-on on Launch.
What does Blog Autopilot do?
It learns your brand voice, plans topics and drafts SEO articles on a schedule for you to approve. Launch drafts posts with AI one at a time instead.
What does Lead Follow-up do?
When someone fills in a form on your storefront, it writes a personal reply within minutes from your business, and follows up on day 2 and day 5 if they have not heard back. Ask me first is the default.
What is Sage?
The back-office AI agent in your dashboard. How-to help is free, and questions about your traffic, searches and leads use AI credits.
How many newsletter subscribers are free?
250 on Launch, 500 on Growth and 1,000 on Scale. Bigger lists are a monthly add-on.
What is Signal?
An add-on that finds people on Reddit, forums, YouTube, LinkedIn and X asking for what you sell, and adds them to your dashboard as leads. It is priced per scan.
Can I add the AI Receptionist to a store plan?
Yes. The AI Receptionist, sold as Tactly, is an add-on on every plan. It answers calls when nobody picks up or after hours and takes messages.
Do the AI agents work inside my Shopify or BigCommerce admin?
No. They work from your WorkspaceCMS dashboard on the storefront. Your store admin stays as it is.
Which AI assistants does the AI Visibility Tracker check?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
Can I turn an agent off?
Yes. Every agent is switched on and off from the Agents page in your dashboard.
Do I need technical skills to use the agents?
No. You switch them on, approve what they draft and send requests to our team for anything else.
