Your new storefront is a website our team designs, builds and hosts on WorkspaceCMS, then connects to your Shopify or BigCommerce store. Nothing is uploaded to your store as a theme. Products, collections, search and cart come live from your store, and shoppers check out on Shopify or BigCommerce as they do today.

Is a WorkspaceCMS store plan a Shopify or BigCommerce theme?
No. It is a separate storefront hosted on WorkspaceCMS that connects to your existing store. Your theme, apps and settings stay as they are, and your store keeps running checkout, payments and orders.
Which store plan should I choose?
Launch suits a focused catalog that wants a better-designed, faster storefront. Growth, the most popular, adds unlimited pages, monthly new pages and every AI agent. Scale is for large catalogs that need more page types, more integrations and a monthly working session. Enterprise is for fully custom design or other platforms.
How much do WorkspaceCMS store plans cost?
$499 a month for Launch, $799 for Growth and $1,299 for Scale, billed monthly on a 12-month term with no setup fee. Enterprise starts at $1,999 a month and is quoted after a call.
Do I pay for the storefront design separately?
No. The semi-custom design and build come with every plan, with no setup fee.
How long does it take to launch?
Most storefronts go live in weeks, typically 3 to 4. Weeks is a typical timeline; actual timing depends on your integrations and how quickly feedback and approvals come back.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, on Launch, Growth and Scale. The 30 days start on the day we deliver your final round of design revisions, and your storefront launches inside that window. Cancel before then or during those 30 days for a full refund of plan payments. eCommerce Enterprise is non-refundable.
Which platforms do the store plans support?
Shopify and BigCommerce, including Shopify Plus and BigCommerce Enterprise stores. Magento, WooCommerce and custom platforms are eCommerce Enterprise.
What happens to my Shopify or BigCommerce fees?
They stay with Shopify or BigCommerce. Your platform subscription, apps and payment-processing fees are billed by those providers and paid by you.
What AI agents come with the store plans?
Lead Follow-up, Sage and Newsletters on every plan. Growth and Scale add the AI chat agent, Blog Autopilot, Social Automation and the AI Visibility Tracker. The agents draw from your plan's monthly AI credits.
How many AI credits are included?
400 a month on Launch, 1,200 on Growth and 2,000 on Scale. Extra credits are billed per credit, with a monthly cap you set.
Can I change my storefront after launch?
Yes. Changes are unlimited and made by our team in 2 business days on Launch and 1 on Growth and Scale, and you can edit pages yourself at any time.
Is there a page limit?
Launch storefronts can grow to 25 pages. Growth and Scale have no page limit. Products and blog posts never count as pages.
What is Always Fresh?
A free redesign of your storefront 24 months after launch, included on Launch, Growth and Scale. Ask us 30 days ahead to reserve your slot.
Can I see a demo store?
Yes. Our demo stores are live storefronts with a working cart you can click through. They are demos, not client sites.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
You can upgrade any time from your dashboard. Moving down a plan is handled with our team at the end of your term.
What are the contract terms?
Monthly billing on a 12-month term. After the first 12 months the plan continues month to month.
How is this different from hiring an agency to build a store?
An agency project usually means a large up-front invoice, months of build time and a site that stands still once the project ends. A store plan includes the design and build in one monthly price, launches in weeks and keeps changing after launch, with unlimited changes and AI agents working on it.
