Campaign setup guide

How to share access with your marketing team

Your kickoff email sent you here. Three short steps connect your Google accounts to our team, so your campaign starts with real data. Each one takes about 2 minutes. The only email you’ll add is That is 1Digital's shared analytics account. Google requires a Google address for these permissions, which is why it is a Gmail one.

Don’t have one of these, or not sure how?

Skip it. We set these up for you. Most new campaigns start that way. Just reply to your kickoff email and tell us which one to handle.

  1. Google Analytics (GA4)

We use this to track your results: the visits and leads your campaign brings in.

    1. Go to analytics.google.com and sign in.
    2. Click Admin, the gear icon in the bottom-left corner.
    3. Under Account or Property, click Access management. (Either one works.)
    4. Click the blue + button, then Add users.
    5. Enter
    6. Choose the Editor role, then click Add. Done.
  2. Google Business Profile

We use this to keep your listing current: your hours, photos, and posts on Google Maps and Search.

    1. Go to business.google.com and sign in.
    2. Pick your business if you have more than one.
    3. Open the menu (three dots) and choose Business Profile settings, then People and access. (Google sometimes labels this Users or Managers.)
    4. Click Add.
    5. Enter
    6. Choose Manager, then click Invite. Done.
  3. Google Search Console

We use this to see how Google reads your site: what people search for and which pages show up.

    1. Go to search.google.com/search-console and sign in.
    2. Pick your site from the menu in the top-left corner.
    3. Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu.
    4. Click Users and permissions, then Add user.
    5. Enter
    6. Choose Full permission, then click Add. Done.
