Is the storefront a Shopify or BigCommerce theme?
No. It is a new storefront hosted on WorkspaceCMS that connects to your store. Your current theme is left as it is, and your store keeps running checkout, payments and orders.
Can I get a fully custom design?
Yes, on eCommerce Enterprise: every page designed from scratch in Figma, from $1,999 a month and quoted after a call.
Is there a setup or design fee?
No. The design and build are part of your monthly plan, on a 12-month term.
What does semi-custom mean?
Our designers lay out your storefront for your brand using the WorkspaceCMS design system: your colors, type, imagery and layouts, with looks to choose from. It is designed for you, not picked from a template gallery, but it starts from proven building blocks rather than a blank Figma file.
Which page types are designed on Launch?
Five: home, collection, product, about and contact.
What extra page types do Growth and Scale add?
Growth designs 10 page types, including landing, category and brand-story pages. Scale designs 15, for larger catalogs that need more layouts.
How many build hours are included?
15 on Launch, 40 on Growth and 60 on Scale.
How long does the design take?
Most storefronts launch in weeks, typically 3 to 4. Weeks is a typical timeline; actual timing depends on your integrations and how quickly feedback and approvals come back.
Do I need to supply photos and copy?
Your products, images and descriptions come from your store. We write the storefront's own page copy with you and can use your brand photography or suitable licensed images.
Can I see storefronts you have designed?
Yes. Our demo stores are live storefronts with a working cart that you can click through. They are demos, not client sites.
What if I do not like the first look?
Pick another of the looks we show you, or use your rounds of changes to move it toward what you want before we build.
