Is Always Fresh part of eCommerce Enterprise?
Not on a fixed cycle. Enterprise storefronts are designed from scratch in Figma, so refreshes are planned and scoped with your project manager whenever you need one.
Do I have to take the redesign at exactly two years?
No. It becomes available 24 months after your storefront goes live. Ask us about 30 days before then and we book the work around your calendar.
How many page types does the redesign cover?
The same number your plan designs at launch: 5 page types on Launch, 10 on Growth and 15 on Scale. Products and blog posts are never counted as pages.
Do I get to choose the new look?
Yes. We show you new directions first, 2 on Launch and Growth and 3 on Scale, and build the one you choose, with rounds of changes before it goes live.
Will my products, reviews and blog posts carry over?
Yes. The new design is built around the content you already have. Products come live from your store, and your pages, posts and reviews stay in your WorkspaceCMS dashboard.
Will the redesign hurt my SEO?
We keep your URLs, titles, descriptions and structured data when we change the design, so a new look does not mean starting over in search.
Is my storefront offline during the redesign?
No. Your current storefront keeps selling while we work on the new design, and we switch over when you approve it.
Can I redesign earlier than 24 months?
Changes are unlimited on every plan, so you can refresh banners, sections and pages any time. A complete new design before the two-year mark can be scoped and quoted with our team.
What happens if I upgrade my plan before the redesign?
Always Fresh follows your current plan, so after an upgrade the redesign covers the higher plan's page types and looks.
Does redeeming change my store or my Shopify or BigCommerce bill?
No. The redesign is part of your WorkspaceCMS plan. Your store, its apps and its fees are unaffected.
