Step by step

Six steps, and you only do the first one.

  1. Choose your tracked questions

    Pick up to 30 questions a customer would ask before choosing a business like yours. Add 30 more with the questions add-on.

  2. Each scan asks five AI tools

    Every tracked question goes to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, worded the same way every time, so one month compares cleanly with the next.

  3. Every answer is read and recorded

    For each answer we record whether it named you, whether it linked or cited your site, which competitors it named, and where you appeared.

  4. The dashboard does the math

    Those records become a score from 0 to 100 with a grade, trends over time, a per-tool view and a competitor leaderboard.

  5. You get a short list of what changed

    Since your last scan: questions won, questions lost, and questions still missing. Gaps where a competitor was named come first.

  6. Optional: drafts for your gaps

    Switch on "Write content for my gaps" and AI Blog Writer drafts a post for each one. Drafts wait for your approval. Each draft uses 28 AI credits, with a monthly limit you set (4 drafts by default).
